This policy applies to all purchases made through pk-ball.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 7–10 business days after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.


Shipping & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • United States: Up to 14 business days

  • International: 14–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or holidays are outside our control.


Shipping Rates

United States

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $13

  • Flat-rate shipping of $5.95 on smaller orders

Israel

  • Free standard shipping on orders over β‚ͺ40

  • Flat-rate shipping of β‚ͺ15.95 on smaller orders

United Kingdom

  • Free standard shipping on orders over Β£10

  • Flat-rate shipping of Β£5 on smaller orders

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.


Tracking

All orders include tracking. Tracking details are sent via email once the order ships.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us at
support@pk-ball.com.

Where appropriate, we may assist with tracking, replacement, or refund at our discretion and subject to carrier confirmation.


Refund & Return Policy

We want you satisfied with your purchase. Returns, refunds, and replacements are handled according to the conditions below.


Return Eligibility (Approval Required)

Returns, refunds, or replacements may be approved in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged paddles, reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Product dissatisfaction, provided the item has not been used extensively

  • Items returned within 15 days of delivery

  • Orders cancelled before shipment

All requests are subject to inspection and approval by PK-Ball. Approval is not automatic.


Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Items must be in original or reasonable condition

  • Excessive use, misuse, modification, or damage not related to manufacturing defects voids eligibility

  • Proof of purchase is required


Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.


Replacements

For approved defective items:

  • A replacement may be issued at no additional shipping cost

  • Replacement eligibility is determined after inspection


Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Shipping fees (unless required by law or due to confirmed defect)


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within 10 business days of approval, please check with your bank or payment provider.
