Shipping & Return Policy

We do our best to get your PK-Ball gear to you quickly and safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within   7-10 business days after payment is confirmed.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery Time

    U.S. orders:   14 business days via standard shipping.
    International orders:   14–21 business days depending on destination and customs.

 Please note:  Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

  U.S. orders:   Free standard shipping on all orders over   $135  .
  Flat-rate shipping of   $5.95   applies to smaller orders.
  International shipping:   Rates are calculated at checkout based on location and        package weight.

Israel Orders:

  Free standard shipping on all orders over   400₪ (New Israel Shekels).
  Flat-rate shipping of   15.95₪  (New Israel Shekels) applies to smaller orders.
  International shipping:   Rates are calculated at checkout based on location and         package weight. 

United Kingdom Orders:

  Free standard shipping on all orders over  £102.
  Flat-rate shipping of   £11 applies to smaller orders.
  International shipping:   Rates are calculated at checkout based on location and           package weight.


Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a   tracking link  .

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes applied by their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, contact us at   [support@pk-ball.com](mailto:support@pk-ball.com)  .
We’ll help locate the shipment or issue a replacement when applicable.

Refund/Return Policy

We want every player happy with their purchase. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  Orders returned within   15 days   under our Return Policy.
  Orders cancelled before shipment.
  Defective or damaged items reported within   7 days   of delivery.

Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are processed to your   original payment method   within   5–10 business days  .

Non-Refundable Items

  Gift cards
  Final-sale or clearance items
  Shipping fees (unless the item was defective or incorrect)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider.
